Tunnel Court is a 7-Unit residential complex in Santa Maria. The residents primarily speak Spanish and the Mixtec language; when negotiating a lease in a foreign language, the minimum legal requirement is that the lease must be verbally translated, but Link prefers to go above and beyond and made the effort and investment not only in a printed Spanish language lease but engaging the services of a translator fluent in the Mixtec dialect.
10th Street Triplex is a 3-Unit residential building in Grover Beach. This property was unfortunately allowed to go into disrepair by another management company.
