Applying for my apartment was an easy and quick process. Keith was great and showed the place twice to allow for measurements prior to moving in. He was very kind and responsive. I love the apartment. It is well maintained, clean and bright. The complex is well cared for and the people are so nice.

Now as a tenant, I’ve gotten clear communication letting me know in advance that workers will be in the complex. So far, my experience has been fantastic.

We have known Keith for over 6 years now. We first met when he was managing the rental that we lived in for a year. He went above and beyond for us as tenets. We were in Italy for 3 weeks, and on our first week there he let us know that our car had a rock accidentally tossed over a fence and it shattered the rear window.
