I know that I wasn’t asked to write up a review of our property manager, but I feel compelled to give Keith Silva a kind of report card. He was fast, efficient and readily available. I never felt monitored and intruded upon. We felt like he was on our side.
We had trouble with the front door locking mechanism. I called Keith and within an hour a man showed up and fixed it. It was almost like a commando had parachuted from a plane over our house.
The back deck was starting to rot so two carpenters came and rebuilt the back deck. There was a step down part of the deck and Keith saw the new steps didn’t have enough depth. So, he had the carpenters come back to rebuild the steps to make them safer. My guess that the owner and any future residents will be happy about that, especially at night.
I felt like Keith took his job seriously and maintained a balance between the owner and our role as reuters. He was like a social worker on a tight rope. The Big Lebowski would say, “That Silva guy, he’s a righteous Dude.”
