I had a great experience & would highly recommend them when looking for a property management company in SLO. Layne was my property manager for just over 2.5 years and also helped managed us through the property sale process. She was very informative, friendly & thorough when educating my wife & I on our tenant rights and abilities. Not to mention how responsive she was to our needs. She always gave us ample heads up when service appointments were scheduled on the property & communicated to us each step along the way. Not an easy task for anyone involved in a tenant occupied property sale during COVID however we were grateful for Layne's above and beyond service to us.
